1. Intellectual Property

  • All site content — designs, graphics, photos, copy, layout — © [Year] Katherine Stewart N unless stated otherwise. Don't lift without asking.

  • The Katherine Stewart N name, logo, and any custom graphics are our trademarks.

  • Your uploaded artwork: When you use our customization tool, you grant us a non-exclusive license to reproduce that artwork solelyfor fulfilling your order. We don't claim ownership of your design, and you confirm you have the rights to upload it (no stolen art, no trademarked logos you don't own, etc.).

  • If you believe something on the site infringes your IP, email us at [email] with proof — we'll review and take down if warranted.

2. Disclaimer

We run a made-to-order POD model (Printful/Printify-style fulfillment), so a few things you should know:

  • Product photos vs. real thing: Mockups are for reference. Colors may shift slightly between screen and garment, and garment shades can vary by batch — not a defect.

  • Sizing: Check the size chart before ordering. Custom tees are cut per order; we can't guess your fit.

  • Third-party production & shipping: Printing and delivery are handled by our POD partners and carrier networks. We're not liable for delays caused by the shipper once it's left the facility — our Shipping Policy covers how we handle those cases.

  • Site accuracy: We try to keep everything (prices, descriptions, availability) current, but typo happens. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders affected by them.

  • External links: Links to Instagram, Pinterest, payment gateways, etc. are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

3. User Conduct

By using the site you agree not to:

  • Upload artwork you don't own or that infringes someone else's IP

  • Use the site for anything unlawful

  • Interfere with the site's security or functionality

We can terminate orders/accounts that breach this. If your upload gets us a takedown notice, we may have to kill the order and may not be able to refund — so please only upload what you have rights to.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the max extent allowed by law: Katherine Stewart N isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, emotional distress about your tee arriving a day late, etc.). Our total liability for any claim tied to an order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. This doesn't affect any consumer rights that can't be waived under your local law (EU consumer guarantees, etc.).

5. Changes to This Notice

We may tweak this page as the shop evolves. Continued use after changes = acceptance. Big changes? We'll banner or email.
