All orders are made to order — each tee is printed just for you, which means a little extra love (and a little extra time) before it leaves our studio.

1. Processing Time

  • Custom T-shirts typically require 3–7 business days to print, quality-check, and pack.

  • High-volume periods (launches, holidays) may add 1–3 extra days — we’ll flag this on the site banner if so.

  • You’ll get a “Your order is on the way”email with tracking the moment it ships.

2. Where We Ship

  • Currently shipping to :US, Canada, UK, EU.

💡 International customers: duties & import taxes are not included and may be collected by your local carrier. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

Every shipped order includes a tracking link. Sometimes carriers take 24–48 hrs to show the first scan — normal, not a lost parcel yet.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping is on the customer (we’ll invoice you for the second label).

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • Delayed but moving: International post can be slow — if it’s been >[10] days past the estimated window with no scan, email us.

  • Lost in transit: If the carrier marks it lost, we’ll replace or refund — your call.

  • Damaged / misprinted: Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right (replacement or refund).

7. Customs & Import Delays

We’re not in charge once it hits your country’s border — customs holds are rare but possible. No refunds for delays caused by customs, but we’ll help you chase the carrier if needed.
